All of our programs are designed to create meaningful human connection with the seniors in our community. At the heart of all we do, our intent is to help our seniors see the potential in every day being filled with opportunities and moments of joy and companionship, surrounded by the warmth of loved ones and the beauty of cherished memories.
We want laughter to echo through the halls and in their hearts and each smile be a reflection of a life well-lived and a heart deeply loved. Our goal is to make every sunrise bring new reasons to embrace life with gratitude and optimism. Day-by-Design
Days-by-Design can include taking a senior to their favorite restaurant, visiting their old college campus, taking them for a walk through a garden, or as simple as going for a drive. Regardless of the activity, we want our seniors to feel loved, seen and full of joy.
Each of us is unique and what brings us joy is as diverse as our population. We believe that our seniors deserve the opportunity to explore their desires for meaningful moments and create a day-by-design that will create a hope for tomorrow, a sense of belonging, and a realization that their community cares about them and that they matter.

Gifting
We understand that some nominees will be physically unable to leave their homes or care facilities, which is where gift giving comes in! Receiving a gift evokes feelings of happiness, excitement and can have a positive effect on emotional well-being. Gifts can build and strengthen relations, can serve as symbols of support and encouragement, and can also provide comfort and reassurance to the recipient, reminding them that they are not alone and others are thinking of them.
